Bravery (post 31)

example of imagery, personification, and simile:

imagery: "The orchids glowed with pale malevolence in the moonlight, a frozen sea against the dark forest shore." pg 245

personification: "...choking the life out of other plants, out of soil itself, selfish and unstoppable." pg 244

simile: "Without even trying, she'd shafted her best friend, like a walking poison, she killed everything." pg 244

Does it require bravery to meet David's parents? Why or why not?

It definitely does require bravery, because his parents could find out she isn't who she says she is.

  1. Good Job Caitlyn. Needed a tad more evidence from the text with the post about David's parents running away. I still love the colors of your blog. :)
